My career began in pharmaceutical sales and grew through more than 18 years of leadership roles across the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries — brand strategy, national sales training, and territory leadership. But the work that energized me most was never the target on the board. It was developing the people responsible for hitting it.

That instinct is what led me to certify as a Leadership Coach through the John Maxwell Team, and later as a Master Coach through the Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaches. It's also what led me to found Motivar Consulting and MyTalentium — and it's the throughline of my doctoral research at Golden Gate University, which examines how organizations build adaptive leadership capacity and retain the talent they've invested in.

I describe myself, before any title, as a learning enthusiast and a growth advocate. I'm as invested in my own continuing development as I am in my clients' — which is usually the first thing people notice when we start working together.
