My journey began in the healthcare industry, working my way up from sales to becoming a Brand Manager at Sanofi. I led marketing campaigns, product launches, and strategic business growth. Later, I transitioned to Core-Mark in North America and Bausch Health, where I managed national accounts and high-performing teams.
But in the midst of leading brands, I felt a deeper call: to develop people.
I began training, coaching, and mentoring colleagues. I got certified as a Leadership Coach and DISC Consultant through the John Maxwell Team. And slowly, the corporate ladder became less about climbing, and more about helping others rise.
That passion birthed Motivar Consulting and Talentium E-learning, platforms that now serve professionals, organizations, and young adults across four continents.
